- To provide, operate, and improve our services
- To verify and authenticate users when providing Company Services
- To respond to user requests
- To send emails about our announcements
- To contact users regarding maintenance, important notices, and other service-related information
- Allow users to view, change, or delete their registered information and check their usage status

We limit our use of information obtained through OAuth integration with third-party services such as Google and Microsoft (e.g., email addresses, email content, calendar information) strictly to providing and improving our services. We do not share, sell or use this information with third parties, nor do we use it to build or train general AI/ML models.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties except in the following cases or as otherwise provided in this Policy or as permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws:

- Where it is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of an individual and it is difficult to obtain consent
- Where it is particularly necessary for the improvement of public health or the healthy upbringing of children, and it is difficult to obtain consent

- To support sales activities by providing publicly available personal information, company information, and personnel changes to users of Sales Marker, Sales Bolt, and Marketing Marker.
- To support recruitment activities by providing publicly available personal information, career history, and company affiliation details to users of Recruit Marker.
Data Provided to Third Parties:
- Users of Sales Marker, Sales Bolt, and Marketing Marker: Name, date of birth, job title, links to social media links (e.g., LinkedIn), and company information.
- Users of Recruit Marker: Name, social media links, current/past company information, job title, work experience, academic background, certifications, skills, languages, test scores, areas of interest, and intentions to change jobs or moonlight.
Method of Collection:
- Publicly available web information.
Method of Provision:
- Provided only to users of Sales Marker, Sales Bolt, Recruit Marker, and Marketing Marker.
6.Outsourcing of Personal Information Handling
We may outsource the handling of personal information to external parties to the extent necessary to achieve the intended purpose of use. In such cases, we will ensure appropriate supervision of the third party.
7.Information Obtained through Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to collect browsing history, attributes (e.g., age, gender, location), and visit history to improve our services. Users may disable cookies through their browser settings, but this may affect the functionality of the service.
8.Integration with External Services
We integrate with third party services to enhance functionality and collect data, including personal information, under the following conditions:
Gmail Integration
- Purpose: To enable the transmission of emails within our services, to analyze the content of emails to gain insight into sales activities.
- Data Collected: E-mail addresses, timestamps, recipient details.
- Restrictions: Data is not used for spam or bulk e-mail distribution.
Google Calendar Integration
- Purpose: To synchronise event data with our services.
- Data Collected: Event title, details, attendee information.
Google Extension Integration
- Purpose: To send LinkedIn messages and connection requests through Company Services.
- Data Collected: Google account information.
We use encryption, access controls, logging, and secure deletion policies to protect personal data. Data will be used in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
9.Retention, Disclosure, and Deletion of Personal Data
We will retain personal data collected for as long as neccesery for business purposes and will delete data upon expiration or at the request of the user. Users may request notification, disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of data processing through procedures established by us.
